I have two issues: 1) I get an error message when I tap the customer support button on the JustAnswer website, and 2) I have had a question pending for over 2 days with no response. What specific product are you working with, and how long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
