I have a Model ET1810-03 computer that was updated with a Windows 7 disc. I ordered and received system recovery discs, but the computer only accepts the first system disc and not the second recovery disc, rendering the computer inoperable. The screen displays 'Boot master missing' and suggests restarting with Ctrl-Alt-Delete, which hasn't helped. A tech suggested this issue might be due to the model originally shipping with a VISTA OS, and the Windows 7 update is causing the problem. I need this computer for work and am requesting either different discs or a new hard drive with VISTA or Windows 7 installed, or a blank one.

I am using Hotmail and I can't use the insert attachment, emoticons, and more in the same bar. The icons are there but I can't click them. I'm using Windows Live and Internet Explorer. My wife's Hotmail account on the same computer works fine. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I'm having trouble connecting my printer to the network. I've tried entering an IP address for the gateway, but it still won't connect. The printer is right next to the router, so distance isn't an issue. I'm not sure which IP address is correct, and I might have entered the wrong one.
