I need help adjusting permissions on a Windows 10 hard drive used as an external drive. I am getting a message saying 'You don't have permission to access this older' and have tried various steps to enable access, but still no luck. I haven't been receiving emails since January 16, and I know I am meant to be receiving emails because my manager sends me weekly emails from my job.
