I accidentally hit the wrong button and can't get back into my Facebook account. I tried all day yesterday to log in but forgot my password. I've tried using the seed code, creating a new account, and even provided my phone number, but Facebook locked me out, suspecting fraud. They are now asking for a new cell number, but I only have a landline. What should I do to regain access to my Facebook account?

Trying to watch a Fandango movie changed my password and now it says I have to undo my Roku account.
