I tried to get Xfinity at my apartment, but was told I could get Comcast but not Xfinity. My address is 170 Three Mast Court, 31410. Is this correct? The tech mentioned something about too many tall trees. I'm technologically challenged and don't know my internet speed or what device I'm streaming on. My TV hasn't been updated in a couple of years. Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you?
