I am being billed monthly for a subscription I did not want through PayPal. The transaction ID is OLU16172WK43149OL. I wish this to be suspended immediately as I have no need for the subscription and do not receive any monthly information from it. PayPal advised me to contact the seller directly. When did you last update PayPal? I received a PayPal statement today indicating a Jan 16 payment. What have you tried so far with your PayPal? They will not cancel the ongoing payments without me contacting the seller. Do you have my account? The 16 Jan payment is the second one made; the previous one was Dec 16, 2017.

I cannot receive any emails, though I can send them. My email is from TPG, my internet supplier. My computer froze on Friday, and after restarting the modem, I had to reset various accounts including email, Facebook, and Google. I have Norton security installed. My husband's computer also experienced issues but recovered. What could be causing this issue with receiving emails?

I am new to handling technical issues. I can no longer access my Microsoft email account. When I try to retrieve it, it says it will go to EarthLink, which I haven't used in 2-3 years. It should come to ladyharc#live.com, which is my current email. I lost my smartphone, which might have been logged in, but it's dead. I haven't used a computer in 2 years. Should I check it? Do I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password? How does this happen?
