I am being double billed for YouTube TV and cannot figure out how to speak with a live person to resolve this issue. After a 40-minute chat yesterday, the customer service representative disconnected the chat without resolution. I have paid $64.99 every month, but for the past three months, I was also billed $54.99. I was charged $64.99 yesterday and today my account was locked. I have a case number but have received no updates. How can I talk to a live person to resolve this issue?
