I have a virus in my email that compromises my account and sends the virus to my contacts. I have changed my email address twice and my passwords multiple times, but the issue persists. Can you help me, and should I change my banking and accounting program passwords as well?

We have an HP laptop with Windows 7 Pro. After downloading an update for Care 360, it only opens to a screen stating that Windows is damaged and suggests starting in repair mode or regular Windows. Repair mode goes to a blank screen indefinitely, and starting in regular Windows eventually gives different error messages suggesting starting in safe mode. The error codes are: 0X0000009F, 0X0000000000000004, 0X0000000000000258, 0XFFFFFA800582260, and 0XFFFFF80000B9C3D0. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

Recently when I go to search the internet, I am suddenly getting ads on pages that didn't use to show ads. And they all say, in small print just below the ad, "ads not by this site". How do I get rid of this?
