I am experiencing a 'stopcode driver overran stack buffer' error on my Acer computer. The error occurs when I leave the computer idle for a while and return to use it. I have not installed any recent updates. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I recently had work done on my computer due to a scam and lost access to my Gmail account. I have tried changing passwords and accessing through Google, but with no success. I have had this issue for 2 weeks and primarily access my email through gmail.com. I also have a previous email account with a recognized but inaccessible password. How can I restore access to my Gmail account?
