My Dell Optiplex 3020 computer running Windows 7 was hacked and is now asking for an HDD-O password. I have tried to fix the startup password issue by moving the jumper and resetting the administrative password, but I still encounter the HDD-O password request. What should I do?

I spilled rum and coke on my Asus FX53VE-MS74. I can't get the keyboard loose from the chassis even after removing the 10 screws and popping the keyboard loose. Is it the keyboard ribbon or something else holding it?
