I can't open QuickBooks that I installed last week. The icon is on my desktop, but nothing happens when I double-click on it. My computer is a Dell XPS 400, and I'm unsure about the Windows version, but the program requires Windows 7. I haven't installed any updates recently, only QuickBooks from a disk.
