How can I manually add music to my 3-year-old iPod and safely eject it after the process is complete?

I recently got a new Samsung S9 phone and had difficulty receiving texts and emails, which seems to be fixed by Rogers. However, my emails are showing up on Shaw webmail but not on my cell phone. How can I set up my email on my Samsung S9?

I can't sign into my AOL email. It keeps asking for my password, then it phones me and gives me a word, but the word won't fit in the box. Are there any other steps I can take to resolve this issue?

I changed my phone carrier to CC. Verizon told me they unlocked my S7, but I cannot send or receive pictures or group texts. CC advised that Verizon has not unlocked what needs to be unlocked for these functions. I have always been able to use the phone, but nothing to do with multimedia uploads or downloads. CC helped me enter the MMS reset, but it would not work. What else can be done to resolve this issue?

Payment card on file changed. I got the name change and Ccvipad will not allow number payment and shipping to be changed. I received a message early this week. I can get in and the only thing I can change is the name and Ccv. What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)? How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
