I have internet but it won't connect to Netflix or Amazon. It says I have a code nw 1-19. My Shaw box has all the lights on, and I have two blue house-shaped lights with two bottom lights flashing. I can't read what it says under the wifi symbol. What does the code mean, and how can I resolve this issue?
