I am receiving a lot of spam emails to my Gmail account, even though I have set up a filter to send them to spam. Some emails are not even sent to my full email address, but rather to partial or incorrect email IDs. I have firewalls (McAfee) and am using Gmail via web access. The emails may be sent via a bot, and they come from varying sources with differing numbering variations. What can I do to stop these spam emails?

We subscribed to your service last week. We tried to use our old device from Magic Jack, but it didn't work. We then bought a new one. We hooked it up, but we can't receive calls. Our number is supposed to be (###) ###-#### but when my husband called my cell, it showed up as a different number. What magicJack model do you have? I got it from Walmart---the box says MagicIN & magic OUT. Do you need the serial number? Also, I was told that when we purchased the new device, I would receive another year subscription (We had already paid one year on our credit card before we bought the new device.
