Since upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010, I have been unable to send any documents from email, Excel, Firefox, or Word to OneNote. Previously, I had the option to 'print' any document to OneNote, but this option is no longer available. Can you help?

I have been using Eudora for over 10 years and recently transferred my Eudora files to a new HP ProBook 4720s with Windows 7 Professional. My recent emails have disappeared from my In and Out boxes. I put AOL email on my sister's computer and was asked to choose a security question. I chose 'What year was my mother born?' and answered 1900. When I logged out and back in, the question changed to 'What is your middle name?' and I don't know the answer. How can I get back into my email?
