I put AOL email on my sister's computer and was asked to choose a security question. I chose 'What year was my mother born?' and answered 1900. When I logged out and back in, the question changed to 'What is your middle name?' and I don't know the answer. How can I get back into my email?

We recently switched from COAST CABLE to TELUS High Speed Internet. The system seems to work properly, except we can still receive emails from our former provider (mailhost.dccnet.com) but are unable to send out any emails. Can you help me?

Fire Fox is not responding to logins and submitting new passwords on websites like Facebook, Genes Reunited, and Ancestry.com. Internet Explorer also has the same issue. The main browser used is Fire Fox, and the internet connection is OK. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

My Dell Dimension 3000 came equipped with Windows XP Service Pack 2, which was updated to SP3 at a later date. Now, my computer says it is no longer XP when I try to download a program that requires XP. Why is this happening and what can I do about it?
