I am trying to delete all future scheduled transactions in Q17, but I do not have an option under the Home tab to edit these transactions. How can I delete them?

My HP Photosmart C4780 scanner, which is 7 years old and connected to a Mac running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 via USB, stopped working today. I followed the instructions to reinstall the driver, but the scanner still doesn't work. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I recently changed my Gmail password a few times and installed Norton Wifi Privacy. Now, most of my messages, except for the last 30 or so, have disappeared.
