I recently changed my Gmail password a few times and installed Norton Wifi Privacy. Now, most of my messages, except for the last 30 or so, have disappeared. I can still access my account, but I'm concerned about the missing messages. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to recover them?

I have a 2008 version of QuickBooks on a Windows Vista. I bought a new computer with Windows 10 and installed 2018 QuickBooks. However, I can't restore the backup file to the new computer. It gives me an error -6123,0 and says it can't open the file. I tried using a USB and downloading it into documents, but it didn't help.
