I have a 2008 version of QuickBooks on a Windows Vista. I bought a new computer with Windows 10 and installed 2018 QuickBooks. However, I can't restore the backup file to the new computer. It gives me an error -6123,0 and says it can't open the file. I tried using a USB and downloading it into documents, but it didn't help.

I was hacked in October and took my PC to Best Buy. Geek Squad cleaned it up and had to restore Microsoft Office 2013, but Outlook wasn't restored. They said they couldn't restore it for some reason I didn't understand. Do I have to buy a new Microsoft Office program to get Outlook again? I simply want Outlook again. My computer is an HP Envy desktop with Windows 10, and I had a Java update earlier today.

I keep getting MacHelper and MacCleaner pop-ups on my Mac Pro (Retina 13" 2015) running Sierra OS. I've tried to delete MacKeeper from my downloads and empty it to trash, but it won't delete. What should I do to stop these pop-ups?
