I am trying to get into my Gmail account but have forgotten my password. I am not logged into my Gmail account on any other devices and do not have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. What can I do to regain access to my Gmail account?

My Lenovo C460 all-in-one desktop won't turn on. The switch light comes on, but there's no response from the keyboard, mouse, or display. I've tried removing and reinstalling the RAM, replacing the motherboard battery, and various keyboard commands, but nothing works. The keyboard and mouse have a short flash of light when the computer is turned on, and the light on the front of the computer goes out quickly after turning on. What could be the issue, and what else can I try?

I am trying to set up a new Microsoft account to purchase Office 365, but the code I input is not working. I have a Windows 10 Home computer, and I also have Office 2013 installed, which is not working properly when I try to open Excel. Additionally, when I use Sage accounting software, it is not letting me export reports to Excel, causing Sage to shut down completely. What should I do to resolve these issues and successfully set up my new Microsoft account for Office 365?
