I am trying to set up a new Microsoft account to purchase Office 365, but the code I input is not working. I have a Windows 10 Home computer, and I also have Office 2013 installed, which is not working properly when I try to open Excel. Additionally, when I use Sage accounting software, it is not letting me export reports to Excel, causing Sage to shut down completely. What should I do to resolve these issues and successfully set up my new Microsoft account for Office 365?
