I am trying to load TIFF and JPEG files into my catalog using Elements 2-18 on an iMac with High Sierra. The import failed for about 3000 pictures, either because they are already in the catalog (which they are not) or they are not supported, even though they are the same type of files as those that were accepted. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I'm using AutoCAD 2013 LT on a Dell XPS and have been experiencing issues with copying and pasting between drawings, receiving error messages about substituting fonts like simplex.shx for x-hand1f.shx and archfree.shx. I've already checked fonts.com but couldn't find these specific fonts. Where can I find these fonts to install them and resolve this issue?

My computer, an HP 15 TouchSmart running Microsoft Word 10, used to allow me to send a photo from my iPhone to my desktop and save it for attaching to emails, but this is no longer working after an unintentional update. I have the latest version of Office, and my problem is with Outlook. One customer's emails for the past week have been sent to the Bulk folder, while all other emails go to the inbox. I haven't installed any updates recently. How can I get these specific emails to come to my inbox so I don't miss them?

I am trying to locate a Google account to find the associated Gmail account. My wife is disabled and cannot remember any details about her Google account or her Jitterbug phone. The Jitterbug phone stopped working two months ago, and it's critical to get it working for emergencies. I used the Gmail account on my new Dell Inspiron 15 about three years ago for a job.
