I am trying to open a document from a company I am an independent contractor with, but I get the error message 'There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (15:3)' and 'Cannot open on protected mode due to incompatibility.' I have a DELL computer and haven't installed any recent updates. What can I do to resolve this issue?
