I have a new HP computer with Windows and Microsoft Edge browser. I can't access my home page, and when I try to sign in to my Xfinity account (using BMENG1), I'm redirected to a mobile phone ad/sales page instead of the login page. I can only access my email. I paid for ZOOSK to continue using the service but forgot my password. When I try to retrieve it, the message never reaches my email. My email is ***@******.***.
