I had a problem with my computer and was directed to call a number claiming to be Microsoft. After authorizing remote control of my computer, $200 was taken from my PayPal business debit card. PayPal's dispute process sided with the fraudsters. How can I file a claim instead of a dispute, and how can I get help with this fraud?

I am unable to print a Word Document. I was able to print last week, but now I get an error message: 'TS5000 series unexpected configuration problem 0x80070002'. I have Windows 10 and use a USB cable to connect the printer to the computer. The printer is listed in Devices and Printers, but it shows 'Drivers Unavailable'. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I just bought a new AOC monitor and although it looks like it's connecting with my computer via an HDMI cord, I can't get anything to come up other than the screen saver. I can see the bottom line of programs (I have a MAC IOS) They click and open on my laptop but not on the monitor. What am I doing wrong?
