I am trying to update to the newest iOS, but my iPhone keeps saying I need to restore a backup from iCloud. The backup is stuck at the last 36.6GB and has been ongoing since I switched from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 Pro. I have tried restarting the phone, checking for software updates, and increasing iCloud storage, but the issue persists. How can I resolve this?

I purchased my iPhone through Sprint and it shows that I have 5 viruses on it. Do I take it back to T-Mobile or somewhere else to get rid of them? McAfee said that I need to purchase a virus update.
