I bought a UBook X from Chuwi, and its battery won't hold a charge. I had to charge it for 6 days before I could use it. Chuwi didn't respond to my message, so I tried the formal return process on eBay, but I can't attach photos of the faulty battery. eBay Australia won't forward my request. How can I proceed with my return request without attaching photos, especially since I'm 78 years old and seriously ill?
