I bought Microsoft Office Professional 2007 a year ago and had to change my operating system due to issues with Vista. Now, I can't download Office again and it doesn't go through. Additionally, after installing Office, it disappeared after a system restart. I also have issues restoring files from a stick drive using Norton. What can I do to resolve these issues?

When I first turn on my computer, it says 'Windows cannot load the locally stored profile etc' and then redirects me to a temporary one. Why is it doing this, and how do I fix it?

I have a computer infected with a virus that runs as soon as it boots, displaying a program claiming to detect errors and offering to fix them for a fee. This program prevents me from closing it, accessing task manager, or opening any other applications. Is there a program I can use or boot with/from at start-up to fix this and any problems my computer has?

I'm using OneNote 2007, syncing with a SharePoint site. It has 15 notebooks and lots of sections within each. It seems to sync ok with my desktop, but one or two notebooks continually freeze up on my laptop. I've removed recently added sections and also several programs on my laptop, thinking it may be an issue. It used to work fine. Help?

My hard drive crashed and I installed a new one, then reinstalled Windows XP and Office 2000, but I can't find the Office Suite Disk. Can you download Office to my computer using the product license numbers from XP and Office 2000?

I have a Sony Vaio PCG-7144M and the computer keeps not responding when using Internet Explorer, causing the computer to hang and forcing me to reboot. I can only use it for about 5 minutes at a time. It has repaired itself about 5 times now. What can I do to resolve this issue?
