I called for assistance on 04/28 and was supposed to be texted back for instructions but never received them. I pay for YouTube Premium, but since moving and switching from cable to Firestick, I've been receiving commercials. How can I resolve this issue and ensure I'm properly signed into YouTube Premium? Additionally, I noticed a $46 charge from YouTube that I did not authorize. How can I cancel this subscription and get a refund?
