I'm having trouble downloading movies from friends. It seems like I might have lost a sound card file, although my sound system plays fine. The movies stop playing after starting, and I get a pop-up message saying 'sound card failed.' I've tried using VLC Player and QuickTime Player from Adobe, but neither helped. The movies are coming from an Apple iPad.
