I can get on my computer but can't get into my Hotmail account. Directions given have been of no help. I recently needed to extend my password for a Holland America site, and now I'm wondering if this has caused an issue with my Hotmail account. I've tried resetting my password but haven't received any instructions via my secondary email address. What should I do to regain access to my Hotmail account?

I'm using a SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter to retrieve data from a hard drive from a Windows 98 computer that won't run. I'm running XP Professional, but the hard drive isn't recognized when I click on 'My Computer'. Other rescued hard drives from XP machines get recognized immediately. What could be the issue and what can I do to retrieve the data?

I have been using Outlook Express for my emails for about 4 years, but this morning, it said it could not communicate and switched to Windows Mail, which I have never used before. I am unable to access or locate my old and new emails on Outlook. Can you please help me as I run a small business from home and a lot of critical information is in these old emails, and I need my email for present and future business communication?
