I can't access my email box to download emails. I keep getting pop-ups like pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com. I've changed my password multiple times and am unsure which one is correct. I no longer have a cell phone, only a home phone. I don't know if I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. These are the issues.

I was advised to go to account.live.com, but that didn't solve the issue. Additionally, I'm trying to access an anti-virus provider online.
