We have a Lexmark Laser Printer E260dn that has been having issues setting as the default printer and printing reliably after recent Microsoft updates. I have Windows 7 Professional on my office computer and I have been playing Internet Checkers for years. However, Windows 7 Professional is now locking up with ERROR CODE (1x80041004). None of the techs have been able to solve the problem. They mentioned that Microsoft is no longer supporting their Internet Checkers, but I know this isn't true as I am playing Checkers on three other computers. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
