I can't get into my AOL mailbox. I get 3 or 4 lines of content and then it stops loading. This problem started around 1 PM today and is getting slower. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I am running Windows Live Mail with Bigpond and Windows 7, and I am having problems with incoming and outgoing mail. Bigpond advised me to reset something, but their instructions were hard to understand. My incoming mail server is POP3 mail.bigpond.com on port 110, and my outgoing SMTP server is mail.bigpond.com on port 25. Additionally, when I open Windows Live Mail, there is no Tools menu visible on my screen. How can I resolve these issues with my email setup?

I am unable to log into the administrative user on my computer, and it will not download the driver for my webcam. Additionally, I am experiencing an issue where Windows could not connect to the Group Policy Client Service, preventing users from logging on to the system. What operating system am I using, and what is the model name of my webcam?
