I can't get into my email account and it says to contact systems admin. I'm logged into my email on my Kindle, but I don't do much on there. Do I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password?

I cannot get onto my desktop. I am getting a Windows Error Recovery message. Tried system recovery and rebooting. Did diagnostics with Dell. They wanted to double charge me. Screen goes blank after turning on.

Why can't I accept my password? Why are the squiggly letters so hard to do? My email address is from a local provider in Schaller, Iowa. I can't use my Yahoo address as I can't get on the site. I was fine until Yahoo asked me to download a newer version of Yahoo, then I couldn't access it at all. I have tried downloading it again with no luck. I use Yahoo to visit with my two sons every Tuesday evening. Please help me, I am an 80-year-old lady.

My Yahoo account is no longer syncing with my Verizon Droid Charge phone. I have tried retyping the username and password, restarting the phone, and deleting and setting up the email account again, but it still doesn't work. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a Windows XP Pro Advantage Kit purchased from Microsoft and have tried to use it on my new computer. It asks for a product key, but the sticker on the software states 'WINDOWS XPPRO GENUINE ADV ENGLISH INTL DIRECT CD NO KEY'. How do I activate this?
