I can't get my HP ENVY 4520 All In One to print. I am connecting wirelessly, and I'm not sure when I last updated the printer driver software. The issue started after I updated my Cox Cable for TV and restored it to its original status. How can I resolve this?

My HP Pavilion will not power up even when plugged into mains power. I hear no sounds when pressing the power button, and the battery does not charge up even when using a different power cord and outlet. There are no lights on the computer at all. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
