I can't log in to my Facebook account due to two-factor verification issues. I enter my password, but the code sent to my mobile number via SMS always says 'cannot send the code right now, try again later.' I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do next.

I do not know my exact Facebook account number, and my account has been hacked a while ago. I have tried resetting my password and contacting Facebook support, but I used the reset function too often and am not allowed to use it anymore. I did not use the account for a long time. I am having trouble returning to the previous page on Facebook when using Chrome on my Android mobile device. I click on the arrow to go back, but it doesn't work, and I am forced to stay on the Facebook page. Additionally, I was asked to send a six-digit code before this issue started. Where is the back button located, and how can I resolve this issue?
