I can't log into my webmail. I received a new password, but it still doesn't work. I have tried all the passwords I have used, and none work. I am using an HP Sprout computer with Windows 10. The last time I logged in was some time last week. I normally log in from my computer. Is there any device or program that can still log into my email account currently?

I think I have been robbed. A month ago, I received a message on my screen claiming to be from Microsoft, stating there was a problem and to call a number. I called and was told my computer was compromised by Russia and to buy $300 in gift cards to fix it. This is the second time this has happened. I have an HP Laptop from QVC, and I want to ensure my computer is protected. I need to get my money back and ensure this computer is protected. What can I do?
