Janes USAF will not open on my Windows 10 64-bit system. I last used the software on XP. I recently built a new computer and upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have tried downloading patches and running fixes suggested for the problem. What else can I do to resolve this issue?

The 'l' and 'k' keys on my Dell Inspiron 7000, 7737 running Windows 10 stopped working after a Microsoft security update. I have tried removing the keys to clean the membrane but the issue persists. I also connected a wireless USB external keyboard which works fine. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
