The 'l' and 'k' keys on my Dell Inspiron 7000, 7737 running Windows 10 stopped working after a Microsoft security update. I have tried removing the keys to clean the membrane but the issue persists. I also connected a wireless USB external keyboard which works fine. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

I have changed computers and need to get my ASUS router software on my new laptop. I cannot find my original package the router came in. I am connected to the router using an ethernet cable, but I get held up where it asks for the router's ID and password. I hit the reset button on the router, which I believe reset its password for all our devices. I can't get back to any kind of router control screen to reset the password for the wifi. Additionally, I am running a Roku with the router, and lately, the connection has been spotty, especially with live sports. The cable company suggested updating the router's firmware. What should I do to resolve these issues?
