I can't remember my AT&T password and used a temporary one, but it still didn't work. I tried managing passwords but still couldn't get in. I need to pay my account bill but can't access it. I don't have a backup or recovery email address linked to my account. I am logged into my AT&T account on another device, but its screen is messed up and I can't see anything. I need to pay my bill on this phone until my other cell is fixed.

I have a Hulu account that comes included with my phone line. I upgraded to the $11.99 subscription by mistake and want to downgrade back to my original plan that is included with my Sprint account.
