I can't seem to get into the games by name princessmoon66 today, it tries to sign me as a guest. I have a Toshiba computer and haven't installed any updates recently. I was playing games on Microsoft collection one day, but the next day I couldn't play. Is there any charge to connect to my device to fix? I have received a new code, can you please put the page up where I can put it in?

I keep getting a pop-up indicating a password issue and being directed to a non-standard menu item in settings, which asks me to sign in with my password but tells me it's incorrect. After two attempts, it refers me to tech service that wants me to agree to terms of service, suggesting a scam to buy a tech support contract. Is this a scam or an unauthorized program? Also, I'm concerned about a recent automatic Windows update and whether I should update ITunes as requested.

I use Microsoft Live Mail to access and manage my Gmail account. After changing my Gmail password for an independent reason, Google no longer accepts a login from Live Mail. My computer is a 5-year-old Toshiba Satellite running Windows 7. I have tried accessing my Gmail account, clicking on a recently blocked activity, and confirming it was me, but Gmail still rejects my Live Mail login. What can I do to resolve this issue?
