I cannot access the Scotiabank website using Google Chrome. I get a toolbar but no page or information, just a blank grey screen. I have tried using Internet Explorer, but it also does not work. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?

I've been tasked by my HR VP to find every file on our servers that contain a Social Security Number (SSN) and secure it. Is there a tool that can search within every file to find an SSN? I need something since obviously there's no way to manually look at every file. I would primarily be searching .doc, .xls, and .txt files.

I mistakenly blocked Google Chrome from my computer, deleted it, and tried reinstalling it, but I cannot install it. I received an error 138 (net::_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED) when trying to download it from the official site. I use McAfee antivirus/firewall. How can I resolve this issue?
