I mistakenly blocked Google Chrome from my computer, deleted it, and tried reinstalling it, but I cannot install it. I received an error 138 (net::_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED) when trying to download it from the official site. I use McAfee antivirus/firewall. How can I resolve this issue?

I have a Packard Bell computer (Model number one two M3700, another ID number is XXXXX two M D6321 UK 2010/02/11). It will not boot up past asking for the Power on password, and I do not know the password. The Windows 7 recovery disks do not work as it does not boot far enough into the system. How can I resolve this issue?

When I try to click on a link in my email, my mouse arrow disappears. I am using IE and have also tried Google, but the issue persists. I have cleaned my computer with malware scans and Microsoft Essentials. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
