I have a relatively new HP desktop (product no H2M05AA#ABA) running Windows 7. After a recent factory restore, I am unable to complete the restore process and get all Windows/Microsoft updates before encountering issues that require another restore. The system often ends up with a black screen offering options to restore to an old point, restore to factory settings, or use an MS fix for the boot.
