I cannot open my MSN email from the MSN homepage. I am using Google Chrome and have tried all known troubleshooting steps. Additionally, sometimes both my MSN email and portal email indicate that the page is insecure, requiring several attempts to return to 'safe'. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I'm trying to log into Office 360 on a new iMac. I couldn't remember my password, so I reset it. But then it asked me to log in 3 more times. The third time, it said 'that is not an account we recognize'.

I have a Canon PowerShot SX60 HS. When I download pictures onto my Windows 7, 64-bit computer and delete them from the SD memory chip, the new pictures always start at 01, 02, 03, etc. Previously, they continued from higher numbers. I reformat the SD card after each session, but even when I just delete the pictures, the numbering restarts. I have set the camera's numbering to 'continuous,' but it doesn't help. How can I fix this?
