I cannot prevent the new Windows update from destroying Incredimail, and I can no longer restore it. My email cannot be retrieved because Incredimail was destroyed by a Windows security update.

I am trying to post an advertisement on Craigslist and keep adding a photo image that I previously copied to a Word Docx. When I do this, a green circle and the file path to the photo appear at the bottom of the advertisement, implying the image has been added, but the image never shows up in the advertisement. I tried minimizing the byte size by cropping the image and resaving it as a PDF, but neither worked. How can I correctly add the image to my advertisement?
