In my drive, I have 'SPOOLVVV' and another similar one. I double-clicked on the first one and now I can't get into the file, and I have 3 queued prints waiting. I am completely lost.

Why would an incoming message in plain text reformat itself in Outlook, and how can I make Outlook leave the formatting alone?

During setup, I get Error code: -5002 on Windows Vista Premium 64 bit. I purchased HyperChem 8.08 (computational chemistry software) and received the program on a CD. When attempting to install it, I was prompted for a license number which I had to email for. Upon receiving the license number, I again tried to install HyperChem but got error messages: -5006: 0x80070017, -5002, and Setup DLL\\SetupDLL.cpp(2215). What can I do to resolve these errors?

Outlook error 0x800300FD prevents receiving e-mail. E-mails are visible on iPhone and webmail. How can this issue be resolved?

I have Windows 7 32-bit installed on a high-spec laptop. I am trying to install Adobe PDF Reader, the free version from the Adobe website, but I keep getting a 'getplus R error' and the installation closes without loading the program. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
