I cannot turn my computer off using the Windows icon on the far left. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 with Windows 10. The issue has been ongoing for a few days, and I have to use the power button on the far right to turn it off. The Windows icon is frozen, and I can't access any apps through it. What can be done to fix this issue?

I have Bluetooth turned on my iPhone 8 Plus to pair and use my Bluetooth headphones. When I go to pair my headset under other devices, I see another device listed that is not mine. Does this mean they have paired their device to my iPhone? Additionally, my headset keeps dropping the connection, so I am constantly pairing it to my phone.

I have an Olympus D-490 Zoom that won't power up. I've put in new Duracell AA batteries in the correct order, but it still won't turn on. The camera hasn't been used in a long time and hasn't suffered any recent damage. What could be the issue and what should I do?
