My Facebook account won't let me log in with an automatic code retriever. I have a new phone and don't know my code, but it keeps sending the code to my number and rejecting it at the same time. What is the exact rejection message I am getting when I enter the code?

I am unable to receive any emails and hitting refresh does not help. I am checking my email directly from a browser, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking me. Additionally, I cannot access any pages outside the welcome page.
